SELETAR COUNTRY CLUB

In March 2018, Green Dynasty Pte ltd were engaged to provide their P.C.P system for managing the full reconstruction of Seletar Country Club. Working closely with the Clubs appointed Architect Golfplan and Irrigation Consultant Hydrogold, Green Dynasty through their experience were able to reduce the initial planning budget by more than Five Million dollars and achieve total water sustainability. In addition, Green Dynasty were able to convince the club to be the Industry leader in Singapore for sustainable planning and longterm agronomic management by introducing as first time users to new varieties of grass reducing both water and chemical input. In addition, Seletar were glad to be the first user of the Toro Lynx Smart Hub in Asia giving them far greater control of water management.

The construction process was going to be difficult as the mandate was to maintain 9 holes open at any one time for continue play by members. To add to the difficulty, more than 100,000m3 of lake sludge had to be removed, treated and reburied onsite. Thanks to the effort by the appointed contractor Tehc Pty Ltd, all works were completed ontime and in addition, the constuction works came in more than $1.7 million under budget due to strict quality control.
