OUR PHILOSOPHY
Green Dynasty have been an integral part of some of the most difficult, ambitious and prestigious golf developments and restoration projects in the world.
From building in the mountains of Southern China, to restoring the sands of the Gobi Desert in Inner Mongolia. The ancient Pagoda fields of Myanmar and the rice terraces of Bali Indonesia, our experienced personnel have completed numerous world class facilities including the prestigious New Tanjong at Sentosa Golf Club, the 3 course Stone Forest Golf Club at the World Heritage Site in Kunming and the spectacular 10 golf course Mission Hills development on the Lava fields of Hainan Island.
Green Dynasty have setup fulltime operations out of Singapore so we can provide efficient services throughout S.E Asian and the Middle East region. In doing so, it is our goal to protect the Developer, Contractor and Clubs investment through careful Project feasibility, Pre-Construction planning, Construction implementation and Post Construction services. Combining respect for local cultures and with a world of experience, sound quality control, transparent operating procedures and ability to listen and understand the owners requirements, we can assure a world class golf course and environmentally sustainable development that is built to the highest standards, on time and within budget, enhancing their investment long into the future.

Green Dynasty prides itself on the experience of our personnel. Although our teams change depending on the project, teamwork is the essence to making a project run smoothly. All our site personnel are selected not just on experience but their capability to understand the client and respect the culture and location of the project.
Owen Hester
Founder & Managing Director
Heading up Green Dynasty with more than 32 years’ experience in Golf development including 25 years in the International market, Owen Hester heads the Green Dynasty Management team. Having successfully managed the development of multi course facilities and award-winning projects throughout the region, his expertise in managing the design process and project feasibility and developing site specific construction management plans ensure the owner achieve their desired result in a cost-efficient manner. Being based in Singapore allows for Owen to play an active and personal role in each project and be available to address design and construction issues as requested by the owners and project consultants.
In 2020, Owen was appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of the Asian Golf Industry Federation providing support to the Golf Industry through education, training and development of sustainable management practices.
Scott Riddick
Vietnam Representative / Technical Advisor
Scott Riddick a native from Brisbane, Australia has been based in Hanoi, Vietnam for the past 11 years. Scott a fully qualified PGA Professional golfer started golf at the age of 11 and then went on to play professionally when he turned 18 years of age. Having worked in Singapore along with China at the prestigious Spring City Golf Resort in Kunming before moving to Vietnam to take up the Director of Golf position at Van Tri Golf Club a private members club located in Hanoi. Scott is Currently still based in Vietnam as a Director of his own golf academy, fitting studio whilst acting as a Green Dynasty Country Representative providing help and expertise for businesses wishing to start their own golf courses and facilities. Having been in Asia for the past 16 years Scott understands what locals need and what their desires are in order to help them get the job done. Scott is also well versed in Chinese and Vietnamese language.
Galen Ramos
Philippine Representative / Project Manager
With over 20 years International experienced in Golf Course Project Management and all aspect of construction works, Galen heads up our Philippines team.
A Civil engineer by profession, Galen brings expertise to all civil aspects such as earthworks, drainage, survey and large structural projects such as lakes, walls and roads. Galen has worked with many of the Golf Architects and understand the quality requirements Green Dynasty bring to all projects.
Bryan Tamandong
Contracts Administrator / Drone Survey
With more than 15 years’ experience in the golf construction and development industry, Bryan brings a wealth of expertise in contracts administration, digital survey and design / construction documentation preparation and submission.
With an education background in CAD and survey, Bryan also heads up our new Green Catch Digital survey team. Bryan’s background has seen him spend many years on working in International projects with contracts administration and design documentation preparation for renowned design firms such as Robert Trent Jones II.
Sean Griffin
Middle East Operations Manager
Sean Griffin’s career spans more than 25 years throughout Australasia and the Middle East. Being a certified Agronomist, Sean has been involved in the development and ongoing operations of many major golf developments throughout the region including Abu Dabai CC, Emirates CC, Mission Hills in Haikou, China and most recently managing the re-construction of the prestigious Singapore Island CC.
Sean will head up our Middle East Operations with a focus on our new Joint venture with Nesma Trading in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
