MISSION HILLS AT SUNSHINE HILLS KUNMING CHINA

With the success of Mission Hills Haikou, The Mission Hills group ventured into developing their site in Kunming know as Sunshine Hills. Designed by Schmidt Curley, Green Dynasty were engaged to manage this mammoth construction project involving 4.5 million m3 of cut and fill in rock with over 250 meters of elevation change.  In addition to this, Green Dynasty were tasked with developing a system in which no drainage could directly enter Lake Fuxian and no water could penetrate the ground water leaching into the lake. The resulting lining and sump pump system developed was a first of its kind and ensured the water adjacent to the project remained pristine year round.
