For Asia Pacific matters, these Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore. For Middle East matters, these Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In each case, this applies without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless local law requires otherwise.
